RV 250 will use the data collected from you solely for the purposes of keeping your account up to date and transmitting messages to you regarding your account. As we transition to assigned lots, and as other options open up, we may contact you from time to time to provide you advance notice of the changes or opportunities so that you are aware in a timely fashion rather than having to regularly check the RV 250 web site.
Should it become necessary to make credit checks, or to report to licensing bodies or file police reports, your information may be used, but you will be contacted and provided copies of any information about your accounts or storage items that was released to the authorities.
From time to time the public notices or inquires about onsite equipment of our clients. We do not give out the names of our clients or their telephone numbers. We handle these requests by taking their contact information and forwarding it to the clients in question for them to decide if and when they will respond to the enquiry.
Access to the lot is unique to each client. For lot access your cellphone number is paired with the gate, and when that phone calls the gate the gate opens. The gate will not open for past due accounts, you must visit the office for access. Clients are asked not to pass their phones around for yard access. There is no keypad for lot access. (keypads are a unwatched back door used by thieves to enter and exit at will anytime of the day or night.) The gate keeps a number/date/time log of every opening. Clients are asked not to piggy back in or out on another clients entry or exit. There is no sensing loop on the gate exit. The client is required to dial themselves out in order to record the exit.
